We recommend wearing activewear that you feel comfortable in—shorts and a singlet are a great option. In beginner classes, we use grip points like the back of the knees, thighs, armpits, and elbows, so skin exposure helps. Leggings are fine—just make sure you can roll them up to the knees.
For Fierce Floor or Slow Flow classes, please bring knee pads
pole heels (not sure what kind? Ask your instructor—we’re happy to help!) -
Our classes run for one hour each.
We start class with a warm up that will prepare you for the tricks and movements we will cover in class. It is important that you arrive on time to class, as once the warm up commences you will be unable to join the class.
After warming up, you will learn key tricks, movements and combinations as well as some conditioning drills so that you progress safely through our levels.
We then learn a small component of choreography using some of the tricks learnt in class. All classes finish with a gentle cool down.

During class, your pole may get a little slippery. Please bring a small towel/microfibre cloth with you to every class and spray your cloth with methylated spirits (we have spray bottles at the studio) to clean your pole down during and after class. We also stock hand grip that is specifically suited for pole dancing.
Please remove all jewellery (including rings, bracelets, necklaces and watches) before class as they are a safety hazard and can also damage our poles. Also avoid using moisturiser and oils before class so that you can grip the pole.
Bring a water bottle and your phone with plenty of charge so you can record your progress!

We’ve moved away from fixed terms. Our classes now roll on week-to-week. You can join and attend on your own schedule. Previously scheduled break weeks will still take place, during which time you will not be charged. There’s no need to worry about using make-up classes in a certain window or re-enrolling every term.
